GPS Devices
Global Positioning System (GPS) devices have been discussed briefly at several recent meetings. This meeting will be a more complete discussion of GPS devices.
John Flory, club president, has been using Delorme and Microsoft GPS devices with his portable computer for years and recently purchased a Garman Nuvi GPS. He explain the GPS will discuss and demonstrate these devices.
Others are invited to share their experiences about their favorite GPS devices. Examples might be the OnStar vehicle system, Geocaching devices, and aviation, nautical and military GPS devices.
